Is there an initiation fee?
Yes — all monthly plans require a one-time $50 initiation fee. Drop-in play has no initiation fee or commitment.
Can I cancel my membership?
Monthly plans are a 12-month commitment (4 months for Student). After that, memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled any time with 30 days' notice.
What counts as off-peak?
Off-peak hours are weekday mornings (7 AM – 12 PM, Mon–Fri). Silver and Student plans get unlimited off-peak open play included.
Do you offer family plans?
Yes. Family Platinum starts at $279/month, Family Gold at $159/month. Contact the front desk for details.
What's your student eligibility?
Any full-time student with a current UVA, PVCC, or other college/university ID. High-school students with a valid ID also qualify.
